Meatza Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburger
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 slice dry bread
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt.
Press into a pie pan.
Spread with tomato paste.
Top with mushrooms.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese, oregano flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
If doubled, use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
