Apple-Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup finely chopped apples, peeled, Granny Smith
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine oats, flour, whole-wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in raisins and apples.
In large bowl combine egg, honey, oil, and milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth batter.
Drop batter on ungreased baking sheet.
Use tsp. to drop dough 2 inches apart.
Press dough down to about 1 1/2 inch.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Remove cookies from baking pan to cooling rack.
