Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and finely grate into large bowl.
    Grate onion into same bowl.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Heat about 1/4-inch oil in heavy skillet.
    Drop potato mixture by tablespoons into hot oil.
    Brown until edges are crisp.
    Turn and brown other side.
