Deer Baloney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. meat, ground (3 lb. deer and 1 lb. beef)
    1/4 c. Tender Quick
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine first 2 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and mold into logs or sticks.
    Place on cookie sheets or cake pans.
    Cook 4 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Cool completely before slicing or wrapping for freezer.
