Ham Grab Bags - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. ham steaks (8 slices)
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian green beans, drained
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 400\u00b0.\tDrain sweet potatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon\tsyrup;\tslice
    sweet
    potatoes.
    On 4 sheets of heavy foil,
    layer
    the ham slices, sweet potatoes, beans and apples. Combine
    cranberry sauce, reserved syrup and mustard. Spoon cranberry mixture over ham and vegetables.\tIf desired, sprinkle apple
    slices
    and\tsweet potatoes with brown sugar. Wrap up foil pouches loosely.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    until heated
    through,
    about
    20 minutes.
    Transfer to serving plates, pouring juices over all.
    Makes 4 servings.
