Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2/3 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid.
    Flake salmon and combine liquid and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a loaf in a greased baking pan.
    Or place in a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
