Jenny'S Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 lb. crab meat
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan. Blend in flour and stir. Stir in broth and simmer 2 minutes. Add milk and half and half, stirring constantly until thickened. Do not boil. Add crab meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.
