Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
10 unsalted crackers

Preparation

Heat lightly until mixed, sugar, water and cream of tartar. Break crackers in halves and place in an unbaked pie shell.
Pour ingredients over and add top pie crust.
Bake until golden brown. You will be surprised!
