Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 egg
    approximately 1/4 c. catsup (maybe a little less)
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine with meat and lay meat mixture between 2 pieces of wax paper.
    Roll out like a jelly roll.
    Sprinkle with about 1 cup grated cheese and 1 large jar of Green Giant mushrooms.
    Roll up like jelly roll.
    Top roll with barbecue sauce.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
