Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 T. minced onion
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 T. chili sauce
    1 t. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain and flake tuna. Combine with bread crumbs, celery and onion in a large bowl; mix well. Stir in mixture of mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice. Shape into 5 patties. Place in lightly oiled skillet. Cook over low to medium heat for 5 minutes or until light brown. Serve plain or on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato. Yields 5 servings.
