Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. frying chicken
    1/3 lb. seasoned flour
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Brown in butter.
    Remove chicken. Saute onion and celery in drippings.
    Add seasonings, soup and water.
    Bring to boil and add rice.
    Bake mix for 30 minutes or finish on top of stove.
