Baked Chicken With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 legs with thighs
    3 potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. crushed bran flakes
    1/2 c. Sauterne wine
    small amount parsley flakes
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in melted butter and roll in crushed bran flakes.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Halve the potatoes and place between chicken pieces.
    Pour in a half cup of wine.
    Cover and cook 40 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Uncover and cook 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley.
