Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. jumbo shrimp
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or white wine
    1 Tbsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    Romano cheese to taste
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Saute crushed garlic in oil until lightly browned over low heat.
    Add the juice or wine and bring to a boil.
    Add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve over linguine or angel hair pasta.
    Sprinkle with Romano and bread crumbs.
