Peanut Butter Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Ritz crackers
peanut butter (smooth, creamy variety)
white chocolate candy coating (for dipping; vanilla)

Preparation

Spread peanut butter evenly on crackers; set aside.
Melt chocolate candy coating slowly in top portion of double boiler. Dip prepared crackers in coating and place on baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Refrigerate until set.
