Fake Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1/2 pkg. white crackers, crushed
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk or water
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together, then shape in loaf and put in fridge overnight.
    Slice and fry.
    Put in a casserole dish. Pour over a mixture of the mushroom soup and milk or water. Simmer for 1 hour in oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
