Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
