Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices buttered bread, trimmed
    10 oz. shredded cheese
    1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
    Layer 6 slices bread, 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 of sausage, 6 slices of bread and rest of mixture over all.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
