Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    4 medium onions
    5 cloves garlic
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    salt to taste
    1 small can mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fry, mash and drain hamburger.
    Grind onions and garlic cloves.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper and salt.
    Cook slowly for 3 hours.
    Last half hour, add 1 small can mushrooms (optional).
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes enough sauce for 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti.
