Beef In Potato Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until soft.
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into halves.
    Scoop out potato, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Brush outsides and insides of potatoes with margarine. Place shells, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake, uncovered, until edges are brown (15 to 20 minutes).
