Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) hash browns
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom
4 to 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
pepper, salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except hash browns.
Stir in potatoes.
Top with 2 cups corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (uncovered).
Cover and bake additional 15 minutes.
