3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. soft butter or shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. molasses
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease a 3-quart mold or 9-inch tube pan.
Sift flour with spices and set aside.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy in a large bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until light and fluffy.
Turn into prepared pan.
Cook
1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
