Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Combine crackers and margarine.
    Spread into bottom of dish. Combine in a large skillet, oil, green pepper and onion.
    Cook 5 minutes and add flour, salt, sugar and milk.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat and add 1 can cream-style corn and 2 eggs, slightly beaten.
    Pour into dish; top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
