Refrigerator Rolls(Foolproof) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup of water.
    Sit off stove.
    Add butter and shortening; stir until melted.
    Add sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
    In bowl, add 1 cup warm water; sprinkle yeast and stir to dissolve.
    Add sugar, butter and shortening to dissolve yeast. Add 3 cups of self-rising flour; beat until smooth.
    Add 3 cups of plain flour slowly to make a thick dough.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
