Chili Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (16 oz.) can drained kidney beans
 
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
- 
                            Place beans, vinegar, water, chili powder and cumin in blender container; blend until smooth.
 
Pour into a bowl.
Add onion and parsley.
Serve with raw vegetables, if desired.
