Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
    2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add onion and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
    Mix sauce with macaroni.
    Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
