Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 packet beef broth and seasoning mix
    1 lb. ground veal, beef or turkey
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 9-inch skillet, heat oil.
    Add onions, green peppers, garlic and broth/seasoning mix.
    Saute until onions are translucent.
    In mixing bowl, combine sauteed vegetables with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and place in an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake until browned, about 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
