Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    With electric beater, beat together sugar, flour, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and can of fruit cocktail.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, lightly greased and floured.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
