Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together and make
well in the center.
Into this pour eggs and oil.
Mix well.
Fold in frozen strawberries (after thawed and drained).
Add lemon extract.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
