Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen southern-style hash browns
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Saute onion until tender.
    Stir in potatoes and fry until golden brown.
    In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and Cheddar cheese; mix well. Put fried potatoes into a casserole dish and pour soup mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
