Berry Purple Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    1 16.5 oz. can blueberries or blackberries in light syrup, drained
    1 1/2 c. ice cubes
    1 6 oz. container lemon or other fruit flavored low fat yogurt
Preparation
    In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
