Southwest Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn with red and green peppers, thawed and drained
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares.
