Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 finely minced red pepper or 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 finely minced onion
    pinch of garlic salt or 1/2 crushed garlic clove
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
    May be heated at very low temperature. Serve as a dip for corn chips or raw vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
