Bimini Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 c. Key lime juice (other limes will do, but not as tasty)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
whipped cream topping
Preparation

Combine milk, cream cheese and lime juice in blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth.
Add vanilla and stir into mixture. Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
Chill in refrigerator until set.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
Serves 8.
