Oven Roasted Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
    2 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. Empty all into prepared baking dish.
    Arrange chicken breast side up and bake, uncovered, basting half way through.
    Bake 45 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are done.
    Makes 4 servings.
