Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs, beaten
3 c. mashed ripe bananas
3 c. flour
2 rounded c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients into banana/egg mixture.
Beat.
Bake in loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool before cutting.
Peaches or apricots may be used instead of bananas.
