Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. green olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Toss lightly and heap into casserole dish.*
    Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with potato chips. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve!
