Taco Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef, cooked, drained and rinsed
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans (undrained)
    1 pkg. lite taco seasoning
    1 pkg. lite Ranch dressing mix
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can hominy (undrained)
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cooked beef and remaining ingredients in a large pan. Simmer about 30 minutes.
