Marinated Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, broken into pieces
    1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
    4 large carrots, sliced
    1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In large pot, heat broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots to a boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes & drain. To the cooked vegetables, add tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, & celery.
