Easy Care Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom, cream of celery soup or tomato soup
Preparation
    Place 2 pieces of aluminum foil (18 x 24-inch) crisscross over a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle half of the soup mix over the foil.
    Place meat on top; spoon soup and the remainder of mix over meat.
    Bring opposite edges of foil together.
    Fold and seal. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Pour off gravy and slice meat to serve.
