Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins or dates
1 c. walnuts
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix all at once; grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Slides from can easily.
