Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pinto beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain and mash beans; set aside.
    Combine sugar and margarine; mix well.
    Add the beans, coconut and vanilla.
    Add beaten eggs to mixture.
    Pour in 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. This makes one pie, but one can of pinto beans and one can of coconut makes three pies.
    All you do is double the mixture.
