Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. salted peanuts
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Grease a shallow pan.
    In a large heavy pot, melt butter and add water, molasses and sugar.
    Stir well to dissolve.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Boil without stirring until a little becomes brittle in cold water.
    Add peanuts and pour on greased pan.
