Easy Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 90% lean ground beef
    1 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    1 c. salsa (mild or medium)
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. garlic-pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Have a shallow baking dish ready.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
    In baking dish, shape mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf.
    Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.
    Serves 4.
