Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 tsp. salt
    2 rounded tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. cold water
    1 scant c. sugar
    3 heaping tsp. flour
    shake of pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add part of water and vinegar to dissolve.
    Save some water to rinse beaten egg dish.
    Cook in double boiler or heavy pan.
    Stir while cooking at medium heat. Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
