Crunchy Potato Chip Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1/3 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can tuna, drained (optional)
    2 1/2 c. potato chips
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and vinegar.
    Add cabbage, peppers, carrots and onions.
    Cover and chill.
    Add tuna and add chips immediately before serving.
    Toss lightly.
    Serves 6.
