Catalina Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix first 6 items together.
    Coat fish and pour any remaining over fish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
