1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
butter or shortening
milk
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch cake pan with butter or shortening.
Mix flour with milk until mixture is consistency of thick pancake batter. Pour into pan.
Set on stove burner on very low heat until puffy, then place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
