Instant Potato Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 env. yeast
    1 cup warm water
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 Tbsp. Instant potatoes
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in glass jar or container of choice.
    Cover loosely and let stand 24 hours at room temperature.
    Keep in refrigerator 3 to 5 days.
    The starter is now ready for making bread.
