Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add food coloring to oil and water. Stir oil and water into dry mixture over medium heat until mixture forms a ball.
Let cool.
Knead until smooth.
Store in an airtight container.
