Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric or dill seed
    1 tsp. ground dry mustard
    4 qt. sliced zucchini
    1 qt. sliced onions
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and spices together.
    Pour over zucchini and onions.
    Let stand 1 hour; bring to boil and cook 3 minutes.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars.
    Makes 6 to 7 pints.
